Meet your Host ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป

Hey! I’m Emma! I was a Software Engineer at a startup, but I had a passion for fitness, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle so she earned a nutrition coaching certification and launch Fit Habit Coaching in the summer of 2023 and left my software job in January 2025 in order to pursue my passion full-time!

I was a D1 athlete and discovered the importance of nutrition through the performance lens.ย ย When my collegiate athletic career was over, I discovered how overexercising can impact your hormonal health and wellness.ย ย I have also seen the impact a whole foods based diet can positively support your brain, body, and mind, but how overdoing it can diminish your physical and social wellbeing.

I have gone from fat to fit to fat to fit.ย ย I have performed at an elite level, have struggled with hormonal imbalances, gut health issues, and my body image, have been addicted to exercise, have battled with orthorexia, and know the binge and restrict cycle all too well.

Iโ€™m hoping to educate and help others build healthy nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits in order to avoid the same pitfalls and mistakes Iโ€™ve made as well as foster a community of support for those on a journey to better themselves.
