Initial assessment, 1-on-1 check ins with a coach, and biofeedback collection to assess where you are in your health and fitness journey.
Education
Teach about stress management skills and sleep, the importance of macro and micronutrients, and progressive overload in order to create lifelong results.
Execution
Create a personalized game plan for your desired results and help see it through.
About Me
I’m a Software Engineer at a startup, but I have a passion for fitness, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle which is why I have earned a nutrition coaching certification!
I was a D1 athlete and discovered the importance of nutrition through the performance lens. When my collegiate athletic career was over, I discovered how overexercising can impact your hormonal health and wellness. I have also seen the impact a whole foods based diet can positively support your brain, body, and mind, but how overdoing it can diminish your physical and social wellbeing.
I have gone from fat to fit to fat to fit. I have performed at an elite level, have struggled with hormonal imbalances, have been a cortisol junkie, have battled with orthorexia, and know the binge and restrict cycle all too well.
I’m hoping to educate and help others build healthy nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle habits in order to avoid the same pitfalls and mistakes I’ve made as well as foster a community of support for those on a journey to better themselves.
