The Question That Changed Everything – 02/17/25

A conceptual image featuring a question mark drawn on a chalkboard, ideal for problem-solving contexts.

Sometimes, one single question can flip your entire life around.

Let me share something you may not know about me…

When I was in college, I was incredibly insecure.

I did a lot of things to “fit in” that went against my values and led me down a path I wasn’t proud of. I cared more about socializing and blending in than I did about my health or bettering myself. By the end of my freshman year, I almost got kicked out of the dorms for over-intoxication.

At the same time, I fell into a cycle of chronic dieting and endless cardio. The excessive drinking had led to massive weight gain—freshman 15? More like freshman 40. 😅 Maybe you’ve been there—trying everything, only to end up back at square one.

Then, everything changed. My grandfather passed away.

The morning my dad came to pick me up for the funeral was the morning after I almost got kicked out of the dorms. And in that moment, a gut-wrenching thought hit me:

What would my grandfather have thought of me?

I already knew the answer. He would have been so disappointed.

That’s when I decided—enough was enough.

I couldn’t keep going down the same path. I had to start taking care of myself. I had to change.

And that’s when I discovered a simple but powerful question—one I still ask myself today, and one I want to pass along to you:

What happens if you don’t change?

What if you don’t make a change right now?

What if, 5 or 10 years from now, you’re still stuck in the same cycle—struggling with your body, your health, your habits, your energy?

I didn’t like where my path was leading, so I made a change. And years later, when I felt stuck again—overtraining, under-eating, obsessing over the scale—I asked myself that same question.

And once again, it pushed me to take action.

So now I’m asking you:

What if you don’t change?

What if you keep putting it off, waiting for the “right time”? What will that cost you in time, energy, confidence, and well-being?

If that thought makes your stomach flip, you already have your answer.

This might be the moment you decide to invest in yourself—to break free from the cycle and build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that actually lasts.

And if your gut is telling you this feels different—it probably is.

This is exactly why I created my 1:1 coaching program—to help people like you take control of their health, shift their mindset, and finally build a body and lifestyle they feel GOOD in.

If you’re ready to make that change, hit reply or click here to apply, and let’s talk about what’s possible for you.

P.S. Sometimes, the cost of not acting is far greater than the cost of trying. Don’t wait until another year passes you by—let’s do this together.
