You might think it’s calories, macros, steps, or even the number on the scale. But I’ll give you ten tries, and you still might not land on it.
The number is 51.
Sounds random, right?
Let me explain why it’s the most important number in your journey.
51 represents that little bit more than half—the point where you take action even when you’re not 100% sure.
Because waiting for perfect confidence or the “right time” will keep you stuck—frustrated, second-guessing yourself, and spinning your wheels with no real progress.
That’s the problem: most people wait until they feel completely ready. But in reality, if you’re even 51% sure you want to change, that’s enough to start.
I’ve seen so many clients talk themselves out of making a change just because they craved that last 10% of certainty. They chose the comfortable frustration of staying stuck over the uncomfortable possibility of progress.
So ask yourself:
Are you 100% sure you want to keep struggling with low energy, stubborn weight, and a plan that never sticks?
Or can you be at least 51% sure that it’s time to do something different?
If you’d acted on that 51% weeks or months ago, you’d already be feeling stronger, more confident, and finally in control of your nutrition and workouts.
So maybe it’s time to ditch the “I need to be 100% ready” mindset and step into the “51% is enough” reality.
