Creatine helps your brain health, fat loss, muscle building, and metabolism!

It is the most studied and effective supplement on the market AND it’s cheap! You can get 200 servings for about 30$!

Osteoporosis is increasing?

Osteoporosis is a bone disease that can cause the weakening of bones and easy fractures.

GLP-1s (Ozempic, semaglutide, tirzepetide, etc.) have been insanely popular the past 2 years and for some have been life changing, but for many have resulted in unforeseen consequences…osteoporosis. It’s not the GLP-1s that are causing the problem, but they are contributing to the extreme low calorie diets that are.

If you or a loved one has osteoporosis, don’t worry. I’ve helped a lot of clients through this and know exactly how to mitigate the problem. Strength train and eat a high protein diet and eat enough calories! Your body needs fuel (i.e. calories) to rebuild bones and muscle tissue. If you are currently strength training, but are still eating 1600 kcal or less a day, you’ll need to increase your calories.

TLDR: Lift weights, eat a high protein diet, and eat enough calories and you shouldn’t have to worry about osteoporosis!

3 "healthy" breakfasts you should swap if you want to lose body fat

Avocado toast, fruit smoothies, and NOTHING!

Avocado toast is DELICIOUS, but unfortunately, it has little to no protein and is very high in calories. Unless you are pairing it with lean protein sources like egg whites, turkey bacon, or ham, I’d swap it for a higher protein option.

Fruit smoothies are not bad, but they are loaded with quick digesting carbs and little to no fiber and have NO protein. An easy swap -> add 2 scoops of protein powder to your fruit smoothie and boom you have yourself a quality meal.

STOP SKIPPING BREAKFAST! It does NOT help with fat loss, usually increases cravings and overindulging later in the day, and is not helping your hormones either.

Eat a high protein (30+g of protein) and high fiber breakfast and you’ll start the day off strong, crush cravings, and give yourself solid energy to conquer the day and show up for yourself!

TLDR: Start the day with a high protein and high fiber meal 🍽️
