I have to ask you something, and I hope you’re willing to share.
I believe my superpower is identifying what’s holding someone back and giving them a clear path to achieve their goals sustainably.
Why do I think that? Because I’ve been through the wringer with my own journey:
I’ve been a D1 athlete, gone from fat to fit countless time, struggled with my body image, healed my screwed up relationship with food & exercise, lost and regained my menstrual cycle, and healed a variety of gut issues…
I’ve had phases of total obsession, restrictive behaviors, and everything in between.
I’ve also helped individuals reach better health. People who had no time and felt like nothing would ever work for them. People who didn’t believe that a healthy relationship with food was possible while also getting lean and strong.
I’ve learned a thing or two about improving health and mindset and making it a sustainable lifestyle.
So here’s my question…
If I could snap my fingers and solve ONE problem for you right now, what would it be?
Is it consistency?
Is it knowing what to do next?
Is it managing stress around a certain area?
Is it maintaining your progress after you’ve succeeded?
Something else?
It can literally be anything. I’d love to hear your thoughts because it might point to exactly what’s been holding you back.
