Hope you’re having a wonderful holiday season so far!

Today I just wanted to provide you with a couple simple tips to help you prioritize your health during the next week πŸ˜„

1) Stay hydrated πŸ’¦

During the holidays, especially when your traveling and your routine is out of wack it can be very difficult to remember to drink your water and stay hydrated. So don’t forget to start off the day with 20-30oz of water.

2) Don’t forget about yourself 😎

Often times when the holidays come around, people put themselves on the back burner. This is your friendly reminder to NOT do that πŸ˜†

So don’t forget to eat breakfast 🍳, get some movement in πŸšΆπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ, and take some time to destress πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

3) Eat your protein and fiber first πŸ₯©πŸ₯¦

Holiday parties have ALL the delicious treats and casseroles that are easily overeaten πŸͺ.

ENJOY them, but make sure to start the meal with your protein and fiber.

That can help prevent overeating and make sure that your feeding your body the nutrients it needs 🍽️
