You can guess how that ended.
Before long, they couldn’t make progress even with extreme measures. It was as if their body was stuck in slow-motion, making fat loss nearly impossible.
If I had a penny for every failed attempts at fat loss than I’ve seen, I’d be rich.
Here’s the truth nobody talks about: Constantly jumping into random diets can actually work against you, damaging your metabolism so severely that even the most basic attempts stop working.
It’s like trying to bake a cake without preheating the oven—no matter what ingredients you throw in, it won’t turn out right.
But here’s the interesting part…
While helping that individual, I accidentally discovered a way to “fix” this issue—essentially to reboot what was broken.
