I’m literally writing this while cuddling with my parents dogs while I plan how to sneak them in my suitcase to UT. Don’t judge me.
Aren’t they cute 🥰
Every January, it’s the same story. Everyone’s super pumped about their new resolutions. They’re buying new workout gear, smart watches, and water bottles they’ll forget about by next month.
In the gym, it’s like going shopping on Black Friday at Target. Everyone’s showing off their fresh start and posting about how this time will be different. But we both know what happens next: Soon enough, it’s back to the same old patterns. Except for that one person who always posts nonstop gym selfies.
Here’s the thing—most people fail because they try to change EVERYTHING at once. It’s like trying to learn how to snowboard on a double black diamond (if you know you know 😆). Spoiler alert: It doesn’t end well.
The people who actually succeed aren’t making big dramatic announcements. They’re quietly making small, sustainable changes that stick.
Why do most diets fail? Because they’re about as sustainable as my short-lived obsession with Heely’s. Started hot and heavy, ended in disappointment and injury 😅.
But what if this time could be different?
What if instead of another restrictive diet, you could find a method that actually works for YOUR body?
If you’re tired of the January resolution roller coaster and ready for something that actually works long-term, I might be able to help. I’m taking on a few new clients who want to make this year the time they finally figure this stuff out.
