Thanks for reading! This week I’m going to address the BEST way to set yourself up to reach your fitness goals successfully in 2025…
1) Create a SMART goal.
SMART stand for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
This is important.
Most people say they want to lose weight, but how much weight?
How long are you giving yourself to lose the weight?
Can you lose that amount of weight in that given time frame?
2) Write the goal down.
That makes the goal real and solidifies it in your brain.
Better yet share it with your friends and family.
Why? Because that will hold you accountable!
Personally, I’ve been growing my coaching business for the past 1.5 years and I finally set a date to put in my 2 weeks notice — January 6th 2025 😁
Why am I telling you this? Exactly for the reason above 😆
So write your goals down and share them with the world!
3) Break the big goal down into smaller bit size chunks.
This will help prevent overwhelm.
If you say you want to lose X number of pounds, that can be overwhelming and scary.
Breaking your goal down into smaller chunks like:
-> focusing on starting the day with 30+g of protein
-> getting to the gym 2x a week
-> hitting 10k steps every day
will help you make that goal less overwhelming and allow you to focus on the changes you need to make in order to reach your goal.
