I had a meeting with some of my business networking friends the other day, and there was pizza at the meeting.
Everyone know I’m a health and fitness coach, so multiple people jokingly hid their food and said, “Don’t judge me.”
Little did they know… one of the first things I work on with clients is freeing up space for things like pizza in their plan.
Is it reasonable to swap out pizza or something else?
Maybe.
Or maybe pizza is the perfect indulgence that keeps them feeling satisfied while staying consistent with everything else.
That’s the beauty of a personalized approach.
It’s not about how much you can restrict yourself. Or how disciplined you can be. It’s actually the opposite.
It’s about how much freedom and flexibility you can enjoy while still getting results.
At the end of the day, if you have body composition goals, I’m guessing you want those results to last for life.
And if that’s the case, then we need to achieve them in a way that’s sustainable.
Which means making room for the things you love—whether that’s your favorite foods, activities, or even travel, date nights, and social (or anti-social!) experiences.
Everything needs to be built for YOU.
If you want to know why my clients are so successful, look no further than this:
Every plan is tailored to the individual. It’s not a matter of IF they’ll succeed. It’s just a matter of WHEN. Because we’ll keep tweaking the process until it fits perfectly.
And the rest is history.
If you want a taste of what that looks like…
