You’re in the wrong place.
No one can precisely tell you how long it’ll take to get toned. Sure, we can give a best guess, but let’s be real—it’s just that, a guess.
Even if we knew every detail about you, controlled every variable, and you remained 100% compliant… we still couldn’t predict it.
Your body is going to respond when it responds.
You can’t force it, and you definitely can’t predict it with certainty.
And if someone claims they can? They’re likely trying to sell you something.
But here’s the bigger issue…

It’s your inability to operate without a set timeline that’s holding you back.
Let’s say I could snap my fingers and grant you your dream toned body with a sustainable lifestyle so you can maintain it for life…
But it’ll happen two years from now.
Most people would say “Yes, I’ll take that deal.”
But in reality, your actions tell a different story.
You still get frustrated if you don’t see results after a week. You still set arbitrary deadlines like “I need to hit X goal by X date.”
How do I know? Because I see it every day.
Here’s a typical exchange:
Them: I’m frustrated. I’ve been working hard, but I’m not seeing the results I want.
Me: When was the last time you really worked on setting a foundation—like priming your body to burn body fat?
Them: Uh… never.
Me: Think it might help?
Them: Definitely. But how long will that take?
See the problem?
What’s the rush?
