Be Present, Eat the Pie, and Skip the Scale 🥧 – 11/28/24

Just wanted to hop on and write a short email with some helpful tips and thank you for being along for the ride this past year!

It’s an honor and a privilege, so thanks for that.

Here are 4 quick tips:

1) Don’t count your calories -> It’s one meal on 1 day of the year. It will not derail your entire progress unless you say screw it.

2) Be present -> Thanksgiving is about spending time with loved ones so enjoy it.

3) Don’t weigh yourself for the next few days -> the scale will probably go up but it most likely due to water retention (unless you ate en entire pie 😂).

4) Eat the damn pie! -> Thanksgiving is only once a year so enjoy your favorite dishes and DON’T feel guilty about it 🙂
