Imagine being able to enjoy a weekly date night or a fun night out and still feel like you’re totally “on track” with your goals.
Sounds good, right?
The whole idea of being “off track” creates a dangerous cycle. It often leads to impossible standards, guilt, shame, and the promise to “do better next time.”
But what if there was a way to find a track that allows you to enjoy the things you love and supports your goals at the same time?
Wouldn’t that be more effective (and a lot more fun)?
I think so.
And I’m living proof.
I used to be incredibly rigid with my plan. I thought that strict rules were the only way to make progress. But it wasn’t sustainable.
Now, I can maintain the level of fitness I’m happy with, while still enjoying date nights, favorite meals, and the occasional beer—because it’s part of my plan.
