You don’t have to starve yourself and do hours of cardio to lose weight.

And no, you definitely don’t need a bunch of magic supplements either.

I know what you might be thinking—”Is this coach really about to tell me what to do when they can’t even experience what I’m going through?”

Why yes, yes I am. And thank you for your vote of confidence 😉

It’s a valid question though. Just because I can’t experience it firsthand doesn’t mean I can’t spot bad advice when I see it.

Let’s talk about the common but misguided advice in the weight loss world:

The standard line is to move more and eat less.

The reasoning? As you age, your metabolism slows, so you need to work harder.

But here’s where that falls apart…

Yes, hormonal changes can make things a bit trickier, but your metabolism doesn’t just crash with age unless you make it happen by following bad advice.

What makes it worse? Doing exactly what you’ve been told: cutting calories and upping cardio.

This only leads to frustration, burnout, and even slower progress.

The truth is, the key isn’t doing more. It’s about preserving muscle mass, eating well, and balancing stress.

When you prioritize muscle and stop focusing on just cutting calories, everything changes. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what’s right for your body.

And guess what? Your metabolism stays strong, you maintain progress, and you actually enjoy the process.
