Using a cookie cutter meal plan won’t make you successful.

If they did, then no one would ever struggle with their fat loss.

While it’s true we can’t avoid the fundamental principles of “thermodynamics” for fitness…

We also can’t avoid the principles of human dynamics.

Human dynamics are what make it really difficult to stay consistent.

So are we supposed to just try our hardest to perfectly follow a meal plan for the rest of our lives?

Doesn’t seem logical.

It’s not the meal plan. It’s the behaviors.

There are a number of reasons why you might struggle with staying consistent and seeing progress with your meal plan…

Stress

Hormones

Social events

Mental roadblocks

Trauma

Beliefs

Lifestyle

Environment

Personality traits

Ingrained habits

Support systems

Just to name a few.

Now, read that list again and then say to yourself that it’s just about the meal plan.

See how ridiculous that sounds?

If you don’t understand yourself and your body first, you won’t make progress no matter how perfect your meal plan are.

Once you have awareness, you can start to change the behaviors that lead to more consistency… with or without a meal plan.
