Anti-Aging Hack…

Resistance training! Resistance training helps increase bone density, improves insulin sensitivity, keeps you strong, and helps your brain function optimally, but it’s also been shown to rejuvenate aging skin!

Resistance training is FREE and only needs to be performed about 1-2x a week for 30 minutes to yield results! Instead of spending hundreds of dollar a month on anti-aging creams, get to the gym 😉

Simple way to boost your metabolism 👇🏻

Eat a high-protein breakfast! Starting your day with 30+ grams of protein will help your body better regulate insulin which will crush cravings and help you work with your body instead of against it!

Eating 30+ grams of protein with breakfast is one of the first habits I have my clients start implementing because it really helps them set their day up for success 🙂

Spoooooky High Protein Recipe 👻

Given it’s fall and Friday the 13th, I figured I’d drop a spooky high-protein recipe 👻

This recipe has 40+ grams of protein!

High Protein Pumpkin spice protein bowl:

  • 1-2 servings of non-fat or low-fat greek yogurt

  • 1 serving of a vanilla or pumpkin spice protein powder (use code EmmaKirchner for 10% off)

  • 1 serving of canned pumpkin

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter

  • Mix well and enjoy 🙂
