Yesterday, I took a moment to reflect on my own journey and the challenges I’ve faced in achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

As a former D1 water polo athlete, I was no stranger to pushing my body to its limits. But behind the athletic achievements, I struggled deeply with body dysmorphia, an unhealthy relationship with food, and an addiction to exercise. I let the scale define my self-worth and faced constant gut health issues. My body even stopped functioning properly—I suffered from amenorrhea (loss of my menstrual cycle) for six long years.

I remember the constant obsession with every bite I ate, every workout I did, and every fluctuation on the scale. I was tired of living in fear of food, of not being “perfect,” and of losing control.

The turning point came when I realized that despite all my efforts (20+ pound weight loss), I wasn’t truly happy or healthy. I knew I had to make a change. I started focusing on healing my relationship with food and exercise.  After years of struggle, I’m proud to say that I’ve had my menstrual cycle consistently for the past 11 months, my gut health is the best it’s ever been, and I feel the most comfortable I ever have in my skin. I still battle with body dysmorphia, but I’m in a much healthier place now—both mentally and physically.

And this is why I’m reaching out to you today.

You might be facing some of these same struggles, feeling stuck in a cycle that’s hard to break. But here’s the truth: you don’t have to go through it alone. You deserve to feel confident, healthy, and in control of your life.

In Fit Habit Foundations, my coaching program, I focus on helping people lose stubborn body fat by prioritizing their health. We upgrade your lifestyle, fix your gut and hormone health, and tailor your nutrition to your unique needs to create SUSTAINABLE fat loss.

This week, I had 10 people reach out to me expressing interest in Fit Habit Foundations. And when I told them that the next step is a quick chat with me, personally, to make sure we can help and that it’s a good fit on both sides…

9 out of 10 did not respond. And 1 of them scheduled their call immediately. Who do you think will be successful in that scenario?

Of course, the person that takes action.

Just because you SAY you want something or even respond to an email, doesn’t mean anything. It only means something when your actions follow along with your words.

If you truly want to heal your relationship with food & exercise, lose that stubborn fat FOREVER, and ultimately feel AMAZING so you can finally escape the never ending weight loss cycle. And you can walk around with confidence for the rest of your life…

Then click here to book a no-obligations consultation call. And yes, I will respond and let you know that the next step is a quick chat with me to make sure it’s a good fit on both sides. We don’t work with everyone and you should also want to make sure you know our process inside and out.

That’s what we’ll discuss.

❤️ Coach Emma
