You can’t make this stuff up…

Recently, we had a client who came to me eating very low carb because she was scared to gain weight and wanted to lose body fat.

It wasn’t working (not surprising to me but very frustrating for her).

She began working with me, stopped doing eating low carb, and from April to June she improved her overall energy levels, sleep quality and didn’t put on any weight!

The fact that so many fitness “influencers” on instagram push low carb as the solution is beyond me.

But that’s not really the point.

I had a similar experience with my own fat loss journey.

The scale wasn’t budging and I was afraid to eat any carbs.

Now, I look better than I did back then and eat an average of 200-300g of carbs a day without fear!

My energy levels improved, my hormone levels improved, and my sleep quality improved drastically!

Some very simple changes made a huge difference.

Just like they did for my client.

The principles that lead to better health are pretty straightforward.

The challenge is that there’s a lot of noise out there.

A lot of misinformation.

And it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos.

Low carb this, eliminate sugar that, seed oils are going to kill you, meat is going to kill you, etc etc.

True health is balanced.

True health is enjoyable.

True health isn’t about fear…

It’s about empowerment.
