#1 Hack for FOREVER Fat Loss

CONSISTENCY! There are no quick fixes! You need to build sustainable habits and stick to them:
-> Sleep 7-9 hours every night.
-> Eat your protein & plants.
-> Go on your walks after your meals.
-> Start a workout out program and stick to it!
You don’t need to be perfect either. You just need to hit your mark 80% of the time.

TLDR: CONSISTENCY = FOREVER FAT LOSS!

The BEST Antidepressant 💊

RESISTANCE TRAINING! Resistance training has been shown to have an antidepressant affect and be as if not more effective than pharmaceutical antidepressants. Check out this study for more info.

TDLR: Lifting weight is an amazing antidepressant!

Simple Way to Cut Down on Calories ✂️

Stop eating distracted.  Eating while scrolling on your smartphone or watching TV has been shown to increase your overall caloric consumption. This can impact your kids too. Watching TV during meals has contributed to an increase in ultra-processed food and sugar intake in children.  The best way to combat this is to eat dinner as a family every night 🙂

TLDR: Turn off the TV and put your phone away while you eat!

I think I might be a drug addict…

I’ve being going through a PRP treatment for my shoulder recently and have had to reduce my caffeine intake to make sure it’s effective.  Unfortunately, I did not realize how much caffeine I had been consuming and when I reduced my intake to 1 cup of coffee a day, I had the gnarliest headache and extreme fatigue 😅
Suffice to say if your caffeine intake has crept up like mine, then you may want to reduce it down slowly and take a break for a while so it becomes effective again. My sleep has improved (shocker right?), so there have been some positive benefits from my caffeine reduction 🤣

TLDR: Caffeine is a drug, so every once and a while reduce your intake so it can be effective again 🙂
