Fit Tip Of the Week

Go on a 10+ minute walk after each meal.

This helps with bloating, digestion, blood sugar regulation, and helps you get more easy movement into your day!

Nature's Multivitamin

Eggs are loaded with vitamins and minerals including choline, folate, and vitamin A.  I like to call them nature’s multivitamin 🙂

A recent study has shown that consume 1 egg a week can DRASTICALLY reduce your risk of Alzheimers disease (~50% to be exact)!!! See the study here.

Poor night of sleep?

Try upping your dose of creatine.

Creatine has been shown to improve cognitive function on days when you’re fatigued due to poor sleep. Click here to see the study.

In general, I’m a huge fan of creatine for everyone. (No creatine does not cause renal disease.)

There are an exorbitant amount of studies that show that it helps boost performance in the gym and cognitive function.

So if you don’t take it already you really should be. It’s also the CHEAPEST supplement. And the best version to take is plain old creatine monohydrate. This is the one that I use.

I’ve recently had a couple of poor nights of sleep and have seen a noticeable difference by using my dose for 5g to 15g on days when I have had poor sleep.

TLDR: TAKE CREATINE
