NO! We’re all about teaching and sustainability at Fit Habit Coaching so we do NOT provide meal plans. Instead, we like to teach you how to fuel your body and learn what works best for you!
The length of each phase depends entirely on you and your body. We encourage you to book a discovery call so we can learn more about you your current lifestyle, habits, and routine so we can give you a more educated estimate on how long each phase might take for you.
I work with both men and women ranging from the age of 20 to 75. I do NOT work with people looking for a quick fix, cookie-cutter meal pan or crash diet. I will NOT work with anyone who is unwilling to change, learn, or be honest!
YES! At Fit Habit Coaching, we meet our clients where they are and tailor the program to the individual. It’s not just macros and a workout plan, we help you upgrade your lifestyle and work on your mindset so you can become your IDEAL SELF! The only way you fail is if you never try 🙂
NO! If you’re going through a gut healing protocol, there will be times of temporary restriction, but here at Fit Habit Coaching, we take an 80/20 approach – 80% of your diet should come from whole foods and the other 20% can be fun foods 🙂
Restriction does not work for long-term success and thats the goal!
